Payment Policies & Options
Co-pays are due at the time of visit. Statements are sent out monthly and all balances are due within 30 days. Payments can be made by exact cash, personal checks, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Credit Card payments can be made online through your patient portal, by phone or in person. Please note, if you are making a cash payment in office, it must be the exact amount as our office does not keep cash in the office.
