Payment Policies & Options
Co-pays are due at the time of visit. Statements are sent out monthly and all balances are due within 30 days. Payments can be made with debit or credit card, cash not accepted. Credit Card payments can be made online through your patient portal, by phone or in person.
We understand that paying for medical services can be difficult. Our clinic is committed to helping our patients when financial difficulties arise.
