Preparing for your visit

Our practice is working together to realize a shared vision of uncompromising excellence in gastroenterology. To fulfill this mission, we are committed to listening to those patients we are privileged to treat. While earning your trust, respect and exceed expectations of our patients. We strive for continuous improvement at all levels.

What To Expect at your Consultation

Being well-prepared for your initial consultation will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care to you. It will also help alleviate any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling prior to your first appointment. Before your appointment, verify with your referring doctor that all pertinent records have been sent, prior to your consultation.

A procedure will not be performed at the initial visit even though you may have been evaluated by another physician. During your consultation with the physician, together you will go over health history, family history, previous procedures and any symptoms you may be experiencing. During your discussion we encourage you to ask questions. Following your discussion your physician will discuss plan of action, which may include a procedure, further diagnostic tests, follow up visits or lab work.
